The website “ultimate guitar” has most of what you look for. I’m afraid it’s nowhere as accurate as what Sam’s playing, which requires some careful listening of the song.

However, the main differences should be mostly a change of some chords. Some are not changed, some are changed.
G -> G/B, Gsus4 (at some places)
Em -> Em7 (various forms)
and lastly, the high G note (first string) or lack thereof in some notes (G, C and D, a few times Em7)
